Coronavirus Information

We hope you and your family are keeping fit and healthy. We completely understand the concerns and anxieties a lot of our clients are experiencing right now due to coronavirus and we wanted to send you an update to let you know what we are doing in the Macnairs & Wilson to protect you and to protect your interests.

Throughout these challenging times, we will continue to deal with your legal case. Given the circumstances, there may be some disruption, however, you can continue to contact the solicitor dealing with your case by telephone or email. At this time the office will continue to operate as normal. We will follow the advice and recommendations from the Scottish Government and WHO, and will act accordingly. We are restricting face to face meetings whenever possible, and as an alternative we are able to offer telephone appointments to our clients.  We will also post or email any paperwork that requires to be signed to you, if necessary.

Although we maintain our office in a clean and tidy condition, we have increased the frequency of cleaning processes throughout the day. This includes regular cleaning of door handles and shared surfaces with a powerful cleaning agent.

Any member of staff who is feeling unwell or showing symptoms will be asked to stay at home. As well as taking these steps to reduce the risk of virus transmission within the office, we would ask any clients who feel unwell or are displaying symptoms - such as a cough, shortness of breath, or raised temperature - to please contact our office when we can offer to conduct the appointment by telephone or reschedule as appropriate. Our priority is your safety and the safety of all of our clients.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
